RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Geovan Boutique, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and easy as possible. We are pride of ourselves on our quality control checks we have in place, we do understand that sometimes order need to be return is. If you aren’t satisfied with your products we do allow returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. We encourage our customers to check their SIZE and follow our size guide before placing their orders. Items that are not eligible for returned or exchanged are Lingerie, Swimwear, Bodystockings and Panties.
To be eligible for a return and refund, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
- Apparel must be unwashed with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.geovanboutique.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
- Lingerie, Swimwear, bodystockings and panties are not returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or refund. You will have to send the product to our address and also you have to pay the shipping fee as well. The return address will be send to you after you request for a return. Once we received the item after checking it, if its meet the criteria that have been mentioned above. We will refund your money back.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products can be exchanged with the new ones you like. If you don't the like the item you ordered you can just send it back and get the new one. The above conditions will also be applied.
CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS
We don't allow refunds or exchanges on clearance or sale items. Clearance and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
It happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
